Tip 4: Use mnemonic techniques
Given the number of rule paragraphs you need to remember, using mnemonic techniques can help you retain the information more effectively. Create acronyms or visual associations to recall the key elements of each rule.
Tip 5: Take advantage of resources
Utilize study materials, such as textbooks and online resources, specifically tailored for the Professional Responsibility section of the Florida Bar Exam. These resources often provide additional explanations and practice questions to further strengthen your knowledge.

A Full Essays Rules Paragraphs (10 subjects) is available directly from https://vitalbarprep.wordpress.com. It was published on Kindle but has been blocked for an unknown reason. Direct purchase material is provided in pdf format.
Comments from Law Professor at reputable law school: "Best and most comprehensive Florida product." "You are one of maybe 5 people who have a full handle and knowledge of Florida law in all subjects." Comments from law students who purchase and have direct contact with Vital Bar Prep: "I only needed help with Con Law, but like the product so much. Can I get a credit if I order the Full Essays Rules Paragraphs?" "This material is amazing. It is so well-organized, articulate, concise, and easy to follow." "You are incredible and so helpful. I know my professor doesn't recommend just anything, and he highly recommended your products." Comments from an exam taker who is a long-time licensed, practicing attorney from another state: "It appears the Board followed your material in revamping the exam." (He was referring specifically to Business Entities, which is a heavily tested multiple choice subject.)
Samples of passing essays posted by the Board in recent years (since Vital Bar Prep was published) clearly are written by students who purchased Vital Bar Prep. Our material was planned, written, and organized by someone with over 30+ years of very high level legal experience working on multi-million dollar cases. The writing and the material is readily identifiable and recognizable as that from the Vital Bar Prep author.
You may notice a negative comment on some of the Vital material by a "Linda Yin Liang." We believe she is a paid troll, if this is in fact the real name of the poster. THIS IS ACTUALLY DEFAMATION ACTIONABLE UNDER THE LAW. Comments are dated 8/6/17, days AFTER the Bar Exam. Results released mid to late September. Students are not seeking study material right after exam. Those using Vital for law school exams purchase AFTER classes resume at the end of August. Also, her negative comments are on three different products. No sane person comments that a product/company is a fraud, and then purchases/reviews more material from the same company, in same line of products. Moreover, those studying do NOT HAVE TIME to post comments online; NO ONE takes time after the exam (when they crash, rest, relax after a 12-week, around the clock cramming session) to post comments.
