The Korean War, which took place from 1950 to 1953, was a conflict fought between North Korea, supported by China and the Soviet Union, and South Korea, supported by the United Nations and primarily the United States. This war saw countless acts of bravery and selflessness on both sides, but it was the actions of a select few that earned them the highest military recognition in the United States - the Medal of Honor. In this article, we will delve into the stories of some of the most remarkable Korean War Medal of Honor awardees, whose courage and bravery continue to inspire generations.
